Building Excellence

Building an Excellence

Excellence is a fairly relative term and can be regarded as a comparative assessment of the beholder. Often we get phone calls and feedback forms asking us about the rating of services. It can happen that we are either satisfied with the earlier experience or dissatisfied and when it comes to the present experience and find it better we are bound to rate it higher or lower depending on earlier experience.

Then the question arises, is the rating truly genuine or being guided by the temperamental swing of the observer. Hence let’s not be dismayed by such remarks and strive every day to make our effort better than the earlier one.

Slowly as we earnestly work towards it shall we be targeting excellence.

Consider the painstaking effort in painting the Sistine chapel. Michael Angelo sustained the effort to make a magnificent piece of art to which even today people are enchanted.
